Performance characteristics

(1) Stable electrical performance: The product combines load characteristics, grid voltage fluctuations, and atmospheric overvoltage conditions to determine a reasonable and reliable insulation level and insulation model based on the load condition of the rectifier transformer, fully ensuring the reliability and stability of the product's electrical performance. The product environmental safety factor is ≥ 1.67.

(2) High degree of dynamic stability: The product winding has high mechanical strength and strong resistance to sudden events to meet extremely harsh load environments. Effectively eliminated the sources of dynamic instability caused by transformer leakage or abnormal transportation during the design and manufacturing process. The product has high dynamic stability. High impedance, 30% higher than the impedance of power transformers of the same capacity, to suppress di/dt and effectively protect rectifier components.

(3) Good thermal stability: With advanced product design, the heating parts and hottest point temperature rise of the product are strictly controlled, and sufficient temperature rise margin is left. If necessary, axial oil passages can be added to the coil. The cooling method is selected according to the coil load loss value and the oil flow is reasonably distributed to achieve the best cooling effect. The main temperature rise indicators are at least 5 ℃ lower than the national standard. The coil and lead wire are made of copper wire, and the current density is selected to be relatively low.

(4) Strong overload capacity: The product has strong overload and overvoltage capabilities, and can operate safely for a long time under rated load conditions. It can operate safely at full load for a long time under 110% overvoltage conditions (ambient temperature 40 ℃); The terminals connected to the transformer and motor can withstand 1.5 times the rated current for 5 seconds. The product design and manufacturing fully consider the load characteristics, and meet the overload requirements from various aspects such as temperature rise, insulation performance, and accessory selection.

(5) Superior performance indicators: Based on the design and manufacturing values of no-load current lower than the national standard specified values of S9 series transformers with the same capacity, it fully utilizes the economy and reliability of user use.
